Return Policy

At Extensions capillaires Kaby Hair, we are committed to providing the highest quality human hair extensions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.


Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

1. Your request must be made within 14 days of receipt.

2. The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, uncolored, uncut, and unaltered.

3. The original packaging (net, tags, box) must be intact.

4. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.


Non-Eligible Products

•Opened or used products.

•Customized products (e.g., special color requests, custom lengths).

•Sale or clearance items (final sale).


Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service at support@kabyhair.com with your order number and photos of the product.

2. Wait for confirmation and the return address.

3. Return the product using a tracked shipping service.

4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

5. Once inspected, we will notify you of approval or refusal.

 

Refunds

•If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

•Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different texture or length, please contact us under the same conditions.

Exchanges are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
