Refund Policy

At Extensions capillaires Kaby Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

•The product is returned within 14 days of receipt. 

•The product is new, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging.

•Proof of purchase is provided.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Customized products and sale items are non-refundable.

Once the return has been validated and inspected, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 5 to 10 business days.
