At Kaby Hair, we are committed to providing human hair extensions of the highest quality. For hygiene and safety reasons, only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:
1. Your request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, undyed, uncut, and unaltered.
3. The original packaging (net, tags, box) must be intact.
4. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Eligible Products
• Opened, used, or altered items.
• Customized products (e.g., special colors, custom lengths).
• Items purchased on promotion or final sale (non-refundable).
Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service at [business email] with your order number and product photos.
2. Wait for confirmation and the return address.
3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service.
4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Once the item is inspected, you will receive confirmation of acceptance or refusal.
Refunds
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for another texture or length, please contact us under the same conditions. Exchanges will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
